Each lesson is one week or 5 lessons. Each book will consist of 15 weeks/lessons or 75 lessons. There is a book A and a book B for each grade level. This gives a sense of accomplishment to students half way through the year. (It also allows me to includes puzzles and such without the size of the book outweighing the student!)
Simply Language Arts includes English (grammar, mechanics, composition), Poetry, and Spelling all in one book
Most all lessons contain spelling and vocabulary.
